Depending on the team size, there are a number of conference rooms on campus that are bookable on 25Live. These these include conference rooms in Fuller, Unity Hall, the Innovation Studio, and the Campus Center among others.
Instructions on how to book via 25Live:
https://www.wpi.edu/sites/default/files/docs/Events/25Live%20Pro%20Requesting%20Guide.pdf
For event type, select “Meeting" or “Student Meeting”, and for sponsoring organization, select “Student Project (IQP/MQP/HUA)”

Some notable exceptions are the Innovation Studio Tech Suites, which are booked through LibCal:

And the Gordon Library Tech Suites, which are booked through a different LibCal page:
https://wpi.libcal.com/spaces?lid=914&gid=2331
NOTE: For library tech suites, you have to borrow a brass key from the desk and they charge per minute if you return it late, though you can pay along with any other library fines via food pantry donations. See here for more info:

As a less consistent fallback option, there's several spaces you can safely squat in with small groups for meetings if you don't mind random people passing through or doing homework:
Fuller A17 (IMGD Creative Collaboration Lab), Fuller Commons, Couch area outside Fuller Lower, the library top and bottom floor meeting tables, any open table space in Foisie/the CC, or any picnic table outside when the weather's nice
For residential students, there are non-bookable tech suites in East Hall, Faraday Hall, and Messenger Hall, as well as floor common rooms in the other residence halls
