The creative collaboration lab is a space available to all IMGD community members for creative collaboration. It features white board tables and surfaces, a resin 3d printer, green screen area with studio lighting, and various tools/supplies for working on all sorts of creative projects.
The CCL is a non-bookable space, and while project teams can hold their MQP meetings there, it is intended as a self-service maker space that anyone can utilize at any time.
¶ Feel free to:
- Utilize any tools/equipment that aren't labeled as personal
- Bring your projects, friends, and own supplies to share (just make sure to clean up after yourself and bring stuff home with you)
- Just hang out
- Cry
¶ The CCL is NOT:
- A private meeting room
- A storage closet
- A portal to another dimension (probably)
¶ Trivia
- The room is also affectionately known as the “IMGD Sprinkler Room," since it houses the sprinkler closet for Fuller in the back corner
- This room was previously known as the Digital Art Studio, and was rebranded in 2022 to reflect its availability for other creative project
