¶ Overview
The Massachusetts Digital Games Institute (MassDigi) at WPI is the center for entrepreneurship, academic cooperation and economic development across the Massachusetts games ecosystem.
Established in 2011 and based in Worcester, MassDigi is the result of creative collaboration among academia, industry and government, aimed at supporting the success of the games community. Since the closing of Becker College in 2021, MassDigi now lives at WPI.
¶ Activities
MassDigi holds several internship and experiential learning programs each year including the Summer Innovation Program, MassDigi XP, and Game Challenge. These events are open to all students and recent graduate/indie developers in the New England area. More information on these programs can be found on MassDigi's website.
